Ryan Echternkamp

As an Oregon native, Ryan grew up in the valley before moving to Central Oregon in 2001. He started in the business of glazing in 2005 and has made this his career. If you don't find him working the weekends, he will be watching his favorite team, the Oregon Ducks!

OFFICE MANAGER

Nicole Retzlaff

Nicole (aka "Nickel") is a transplant from Kansas after serving in the Army. She relocated to Central Oregon in 2020, and how made this place her home. She loves the office side of business and can help you with whatever you need. If you don't see Nicole working the weekends, you can find her romping through the woods looking for an adventure!

SUPERVISOR

Eva

Eva (Evangeline), is an oversized princess who can always be found by Ryan's side or snoozing on the couch. Her favorite nickname is "pretty girl" and her favorite snack is Ryan's ribs. She ALWAYS knows when he is making them!
